Tia Rose was born in Memphis, TN. She started writing music when she was 14 years old; her first song was named (Someone Like Me). Her second song was named (Allow Me). As Tia became more confident in her work she started to perform her songs in front of family and the city of Memphis. When Tia went to college in 2016 she would play her guitar and sing in the courtyard of her dorm. This led her to join a band called The Court Yard. Tia performed original songs with The Courtyard, at many open mics held by an organization named LiveWire. She soon did a cover of the song  (Put Your Records On) by Corinne Bailey Rae, where she earned her first singing award in the NCSL talent show.  Tia wrote her original song (Honey) at the age of 18. This led her to audition her song with LiveWire's first showcase. She performed her song Honey at Livewire's first showcase. Tia performed Honey again with LiveWire at the Annual Flordia Classic. Today Tia continues to write music and Produce beats/Instruments. She looks forward to a promising career in music.
